SHIPPING POLICY

We only sell and ship Domestic orders within the United States of America. You will receive an order confirmation sent to your email after you place an order. Please allow 2-3 days to process your order, or more for big sale events and during holidays.

You will receive an email with a tracking number and the postal carrier's information once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Made-to-order items such as our Power Sandals may take 4-7 business days to process before receiving your confirmation and tracking numbers.

REFUND POLICY

We want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase. If there happens to be an issue with your order, please contact us and we will help you out.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in new-condition with no modifications.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DOWNLOADABLE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of downloadable products, all sales for digital downloads are final.
We will not offer refunds on any of our downloadable products.
